An agent for every role. One brain.
Every agent runs on the same ERP connection and in the same conversation. The customer doesn’t choose an agent — the system recognises what they asked for and activates the right one.
Documents
Every document the customer needs, without anyone leaving their desk.
Most requests that reach your team repeat themselves: an invoice, a balance, a price list, a delivery note. Each one needs a person to produce a document and send it. The agent does it in seconds.
What it retrieves
- Invoices — by number, by period, or the latest
- Customer statement
- Debt aging
- Personal price list
- Delivery notes
- Balances
It understands how people actually write, in English or Hebrew. “Send me last month’s invoices”, “What do I owe?” — both are understood. A detail missing? It asks and waits. No document found? It says so and hands over to the team. It never returns a figure it didn’t retrieve.
Orders
Orders that open in the ERP. Only after the customer approves.
“2 pallets” isn’t 2. It’s 2 times the number of units on a pallet of that product. One wrong factor and a shipment goes out ten times too large. Then a credit note, returned goods, and a customer who no longer trusts you.
Four steps
- 01ParsingFree text broken down into products, quantities and units
- 02Product matchA match in this customer’s price list, not the catalogue
- 03Personal pricingThe price from the price list assigned to them
- 04Approval gateA full summary. Without approval, nothing opens
When the conversion isn’t verified, the agent refuses to calculate it. It stops and asks, or hands over to a person. That isn’t a limitation — it’s the feature.
We don’t start with orders. Documents first, then orders for managers only, and only then for customers.
Collections
It doesn’t wait for the customer to get in touch.
An open debt doesn’t close itself. The agent contacts customers with an open balance, sends the relevant statement and invoices, and tracks who replied and who didn’t.
Outreach goes out in the business’s name, in the tone you define. A customer who replies gets a full answer in the same conversation — including every document they need in order to pay. Anyone who doesn’t reply lands on your list.
Leads
Anyone who isn’t a customer still gets an answer.
Not everyone who writes in is a registered customer. The agent recognises this immediately, gives a relevant answer, and points them towards opening an account or to a salesperson.
It gives no access to documents and returns no data. What it does do is reach your sales team with the details already captured — instead of an enquiry that got lost.
Manager
The ERP in your salespeople’s pocket.
A salesperson is with a customer. The customer asks what their balance is. Instead of calling the office, the salesperson sends a message from their phone and has the answer within seconds.
What a manager can do that a customer can’t
- Documents for any customer
- Price quotes
- Opening an order on a customer’s behalf
- Balances and statuses
Only numbers approved in advance get manager permissions. Every action is logged with the identity of whoever performed it. Removal is one click. No VPN, no app, no new screen — the same WhatsApp that is already open.
