Who we are
OKTO (“we”) operates the website okto.systems and a software platform for businesses. For privacy questions: office@okto.systems.
What information we collect on this website
Information you give us in the form: full name, company name, phone number, business email address, type of ERP, and a free-text description of your need — if you choose to fill it in. The description is an open text field sent together with the other details, and we recommend not writing sensitive information in it.
Technical information: IP address and basic request data, used to protect against abuse and to rate-limit requests.
We don’t use cookies for advertising or tracking, and the website has no third-party analytics tools.

We don’t sell information, and we don’t pass it on for third-party marketing.
Basis for processing
Processing is based on your consent when you submit your details, and on our legitimate interest in managing business communication and protecting our systems.
Who else sees the information
The details you submit in the form are passed directly to the customer relationship management (CRM) system we use to manage enquiries. The CRM provider processes the information on our behalf only and according to our instructions, and its servers may be located outside Israel and outside the European Union — including in the United States. In addition, our website hosting provider processes basic technical request data.
We don’t pass your details to anyone else, and we don’t sell information.
How long we keep it
We don’t run a database of our own for website enquiries. Your details are kept in our CRM for as long as the business relationship is relevant, or until you ask us to delete them — whichever comes first. Technical request data is kept for a short period to protect against abuse.
Your rights
To access the information we hold about you, to correct it, to ask for it to be deleted and to withdraw your consent. Contact: office@okto.systems. We will respond within 30 days.
Transfers outside the country
Because our service providers may store information outside Israel, submitting your details in the form involves transferring information abroad. We choose providers committed to accepted standards of security and privacy protection. If you’d rather avoid this, you can contact us directly on WhatsApp or by email instead of filling in the form.
Security
The information you submit in the form is sent over an encrypted connection and kept in our CRM, which only the relevant members of our team can access. We don’t run a database of our own for website enquiries. No security measure is perfect, and we don’t guarantee absolute security.
Customer data on the platform
This policy applies to the website only. Processing of information as part of the service itself — including data retrieved from a customer’s ERP system — is governed by the service agreement and by a separate data processing agreement (DPA) with each customer.
Platform data is stored in the European Union.
Changes
We will update this page and the effective date at the top. If a change is material, we will let the people we are in contact with know.
